Lessened food that are high amount in meat and fat content to decrease my chances in having diabetes and high cholesterol. Goal is maintain weight and healthy diet/lifestyle. My height is 5f2 and my weight is 119 lbs(very fit for my height)
Reflection paper should cover February 16, 2014 to Present or 6 weeks.

teach you about ways to accompany a patient in their health-related changes?
