i. Service: Create “mind-blowing” toilet cubicles, showing excellent service. Why toilets? Every staff member has to use it during the day, spent time in there, time to think about the message and will talk about
The idea is that people will leave the toilet and talk to their colleagues about the unusual feature and then continue to talk about it at their work environment. Why
ii. Walk of Fame/Excellence” Located at main entrance in Poole House and Bournemouth House/ Lansdowne Campus, red carpet, left and right walls with “employee of the month portraits” in old-fashion frames. At the end of the carpet, there will be a frame with a mirror, saying: Next employee….. Why
iii. : It shall show in a funny way what the Service Excellence conference is about or what Service Excellence in general is. Length: Could be produced by students of School of media.
