This section is divided into two subsections, part one and part two. Part one introduces the literature review giving a short background on the topic of study. The background gives the rationality of selecting this specific topic of study. In this part, the purpose and objectives of the study are also presented. The second part is the literature review of theories and previously conducted studies on expat management. This section is thorough, trying to cover everything that is known on the topic of study so as to identify an information gap that this study will seek to address, thus avoiding a repetitive research.
