The paper will address the following basic questions: Where do you want to be in 2-5 years in terms of your leadership role and capabilities? Where do you want to be in 10 to 15 years? How will you get there? Your paper will provide your personal assessment of your leadership capabilities at the current time which involves a careful analysis of your strengths and areas needing development. Included in your assessment should be an incorporation of the concepts discussed in class including networks, emotional quotients, and others. You should provide an assessment of the relevancy and efficacy of the various concepts discussed in class. Address how the culture of your organization and the Chinese culture might affect the relevancy and efficacy of the various leadership models and your own leadership development plan. Your plan should include the type of leadership opportunities you believe you need and why. This is not an exhaustive list of questions to address.
