Choose a property type not covered extensively in class (e.g. public housing, student,
institutional, senior, hotels) and discuss management related to this type of property and how they differ from other properties. When looking at differences, I suggest that the biggest insights will be related to your ability to identify real differences with operational implications, as opposed to a simple difference in jargon. Use the library resources to research this topic, as well as interviews with specialized property managers if available.
The property type i chose is Condominiums.
So compare and contrast condominiums with other property types, maybe pick two different ones?
Also maybe a brief section on how condo’s are run; condo corporation, board of directors, and other players who contribute to a condominiums success.
