Look at the list below of communication skills required in the workplace.

Put this list in order from what you believe is your strongest to your weakest communication skill. Select one communication strength and one communication weakness, and write 500 ? 600 words on each using the following instructions:
i) Your communication strength:
– outline your key communication strength (e.g. writing, listening, interpersonal, intercultural, public speaking);
– outline what makes for best practice in this area according to the communication literature (e.g. what does the literature argue makes for good public speaking/listening/writing/
interpersonal);
– using the literature to support your claims, outline the grounds on which you believe that it is your key strength (e.g. provide observational evidence from your life);
– suggest strategies for further improving this skill based on best practice recommendations in the literature

– outline your key communication weakness, (e.g. poor listener, difficulty with writing, difficulty with public speaking, communication anxiety);
– outline what makes for poor practice in this communication area according to the literature (what does the literature argue makes for poor listening skills or poor public speaking skills, for example?);
– using the literature to support your claims, outline the grounds on which you believe it is your key weakness (e.g. provide observational evidence from your life and link it to the literature);
– suggest strategies for further improving this skill based on best practice recommendations
