Communications for Marketing and Advertising 2013-14
You have been employed as a consultant for the Air Ambulance and must suggest a suitable marketing communications campaign. As part of the brief you need to pitch your ideas for the best marketing communications campaign to representatives of the Air Ambulance and your tutor. The individual pitch should be no longer than 5 minutes and you are expected to produce suitable drafts of marketing communications material that you will use for the campaign including a draft of a press release and at least one other piece of marketing communications material. The pitch will be recorded, the best of which will be sent to the client for consideration.

Guidelines:
For the pitch you should include:
A brief paper based explanation and justifying of your promotional campaign.
Your own clear communications objective.
Tactics that must include examples of promotional materials including:
Advertising material which may be include a storyboard, a radio script, press advertising, magazine advertising, online.
List of media class and vehicle for any suggested advertising.
Public relations: of which a press release draft should be included.
List of target media for the PR activity.
Any other suggested and relevant promotional material examples.
